• Age limit  :- Required age is between 18-35 years for both posts. Upper age relaxation is applicable as follow For SC/ST/Category-I-05 years, Ex.Servicemen -10 years, for 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B candidates are eligible up to 03 years age relaxation for this KSRTC Assistant Security Inspector (ASI), Security Guard Recruitment 2013 
• Educational Qualifications:- For Assistant Security Inspector (ASI) posts required bachelors Degree / Graduation from any recognised University. And for Security Guard Posts required PUC (For ex-Servicemen candidates should have II class army certificate
• Physical Standards:- Candidates should have specific physical standards (Details are available at Notification) 

Application fee:- The applicants have need to pay Rs. 300/- through DD form any State Bank of Mysore branch. in favour of  CAO FA - KSRTC . And reservation categories have need to pay rs 180/- for this Application fee

Selection Procedure:- Selection will be made by two successive stages. i) Physical Efficiency Test (PET) ii) Written Test / Written Exam
