Salary:- For this Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) jobs Salary will be paid in Pay Band-3 as Rs 15600-39100 + Grade pay Rs 5400/-
Age limit as on 01.07.2013 :- Required age is between 18-34 years. No Maximum age limit for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all Castes category candidates.
Qualifications:- as on 06.03.2013
i) Bachelor's Degree in Law (With 10+2+3 Pattern Degree Only eligible for this recruitment)
ii) Must be a Member in BAR Association
iii) Must possess adequate knowledge of Tamil (And should have specific Physical Fitness)
Experience:- The candidates have need the experience of minimum 5 years practise in Criminal courts
Application fee:/ Examination Fee - Rs 175/- ( Examination fee Rs 125/- + Application fee Rs 50/-) No exemption for Application fee. Reservation Categories are exempted from Examination fee.
Payment of Fee Mode :- Payment of mode is two types. i) Online Payment through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking OR ii) Offline Payment through Post Office /Indian Bank
Selection Process :- Selection will done by two successive stages. i) Written Examination ii) Oral Interview.
